Software Developer

The Challenge:

Are you looking for an opportunity to not just develop software, but to build a system that will emulate data links including Link 16 and Combat Net Radio?  As a full-stack developer, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, agile environment. We’re looking for a developer with the skills needed to develop and test a production-ready system.

This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, and identify and implement system improvements. Using AGILE, including Java, C#, and C++. You’ll work with the development team to build data link emulation and other exciting products. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You Have:

  • 4 years of experience with ISSM
  • Experience with software testing
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with programming, including developing Windows GUI applications, such as Java Swing, C# Windows Forms, and Qt
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Knowledge of Link 16 and Combat Net Radio (PRC-117)
  • Knowledge of DoD Cybersecurity requirements and accreditation process.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, manage competing priorities, multi-task, and continue to meet all deadlines, while remaining flexible with continually changing priorities
  • BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, EE, or a related technical field
