Financial Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for conducting and documenting complex financial analysis projects, including budgeting, auditing, and forecasting analysis. Research financial transaction errors, analyze issues, and provide courses of action to the client. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations. Conduct and lead internal audits.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with government financial systems and the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)

-Knowledge of federal financial management and audit readiness, governance, and policies, including Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR)

-Ability to read, interpret, organize, and synthesize source material into well-written, concise technical style reports in approved formats 

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical problem-solving, and presentation skills


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
