Cybersecurity Requirements Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Work with a fast-paced software development team building enterprise systems automating Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (RMF) missions. Work as a systems analyst in Cybersecurity software on requirements gathering, documentation, quality assurance, and end-user training. Gather requirements by translating policy to automation features and translate customer requests into requirements. Document features and business rules for software developers, develop test cases and conduct functional or regression testing for quality assurance. Support end-user questions, feedback on system usage, and troubleshooting technical issues as a subject matter expert (SME). Develop training curriculum or material, conduct instructor-led training events for end-users, learn and understand Cyber technical concepts, apply expertise in technology, and work with a diverse team of analysts and developers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with requirements development or gathering
  • Experience with conducting presentations, including public speaking, briefings, classroom presentations, or training
  • Experience with authoring functional and technical documents, including user guides, requirements documents, RTVMs, or FAQs
  • Experience with the systems development life cycle and working on software development projects, including Agile
  • Ability to understand web technologies, web-based applications, software systems, or networks, and security
  • Active Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with conducting end-user training, including in-person or virtual
  • Experience with software development process tools, including wikis such as Confluence, Jira
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages
  • Experience with cyber-related programs
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity Policy and Scorecard Reporting
  • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or higher, including Security+, Network+, CEH, or CISSP
