Key Role:
Support the business through analysis of the customer experience (CX). Apply analysis techniques to data to understand the customer journey and how an organization can deliver value to customers based on their needs, values, and preferences. Conduct communications and marketing efforts through a mix of digital channels and analyze their effectiveness. Analyze or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review and assist in the guidance of junior resources.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with using web analytics to analyze customer behaviors
3+ years of experience with social media engagement and reporting and digital listening
3+ years of experience with digital marketing and digital strategy
Experience with creating customer surveys and analyzing responses
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Experience with User Research
Experience with Market Research
Experience with CX management software, including Medallia or Qualtrics
Experience with using statistical computer languages, including R, Python, or SLQ, to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban
Ability to work on multiple projects at once, manage time and tasks efficiently, and communicate availability and status to project leads proactively
Possession of strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
Possession of excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills to communicate suggestions and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
