Health IT Infrastructure Program Manager

Key Role:

Serve as the Project Manager for an Infrastructure services delivery contract with HHS. Lead project work streams, synthesize and analyze complex data, and work with the team to develop high-quality interim and final deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Lead strategy development, design, implementation, and operations of IT infrastructure capabilities, including but not limited to Cloud-based offerings, Data Center Management, IT Operations, Service Desk Optimization, Enterprise COTS Optimization and Management, and Disaster Recovery and COOP Resiliency Offerings. Oversee service delivery in the areas of Hosting Services, Server Engineering in Windows and Linux environments, Identity and Access Management, DNS, Network Services, Storage Engineering, and Azure support and manage infrastructure services day-to-day operations. Lead the capture and execution of market opportunities to build business in the client organization and the broader federal IT community. Ensure competency in project and financial management, manage teams, and formulate business strategies. Partner with senior leadership to build and grow IT infrastructure and operations service offerings and support marketing and proposal development for the pursuit of Health-focused new business opportunities. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience with the planning, design, implementation, and operations of IT infrastructure and operations solutions for federal or commercial clients, including defining, establishing, and leading business development and solution delivery
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles for IT infrastructure and operations, including leading large programs focused on delivering technology and IT services to a large customer base
  • Experience with the development of service offerings and innovations in the IT infrastructure and operations domains
  • Experience with program or project management in a FFP contract environment
  • Experience as a technical SME with IT Infrastructure, helping to resolve technical issues, and leading technical teams
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of information systems, including Data Centers, Cloud Services, Service Desk, and IT Operations and the functional expertise to tailor solutions to meet client solution requirements
  • Ability to align solutions with business needs, create innovative approaches to address client requirements, and build collaborative internal and external relationships
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with leading, developing, and managing highly productive leaders who can win new business, develop technical solutions, and lead large-scale, complex captures and proposals
  • Experience in building business through opportunity identification and shaping with clients and proposal management, including technical and pricing
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, Active Directory, Networking, Azure, and NetApp storage
  • Possession of excellent client facilitation skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree
  • PMP or ITIL Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
