Payroll Help Desk Tier II Support

Key Role:

Assists with Payroll Help Desk ticket resolution related to employee inquiries regarding their paychecks. Employs well-rounded payroll knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. Works in a manner that is detail-oriented, able to new concepts quickly, and be comfortable with large volume payroll in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday and Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of multi-state payroll, expatriate employees, and military pay

  • Ability to calculate a paycheck gross to net

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, including verbal and written communication delivery

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a cooperative team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

  • CPP or FPC Payroll Certification

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 55,000 to 60,000.
