The Challenge:
Are you looking for an opportunity to lead the development of a ServiceNow platform that will have an impact on DoD business operations in support of the warfighter? Solid platform development is a critical part of any program’s success and you know how to do it right – scalable design with baked in security. That’s why we need you, a lead ServiceNow developer with the skills to build on this platform that will transform the DoD client's business operations.
You’ll work with a service management team on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements. You’ll perform hands-on design, development, and modification to extend capabilities offered by the ServiceNow platform. You’ll build customized ServiceNow applications, apply expertise in technical work, leverage a variety of software engineering techniques, and build and refine business logic to enhance team capabilities, improve security, and maximize the ServiceNow ROI. You’ll demonstrate thought leadership resulting in new technical capabilities and approaches. You’ll work with DoD customers to understand their mission, current architecture and priorities, and security requirements. With a focus on the customer’s goals, you’ll build a ServiceNow solution design that will scale to meet their evolving needs. Your technical expertise will be vital as you recommend tools and capabilities based on your understanding of the current environment and new technology. Join us as we develop ServiceNow software solutions to make a difference in the DoD. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:
4+ years of experience with ServiceNow CSM development
Experience with developing Service catalogs workflows, Catalog scripts, UI Pages, and Macros
Experience with implementing scripted web services in ServiceNow, jQuery or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow
Experience with Client and Service Side Scripting concepts of ServiceNow
Experience in using ServiceNow REST API, including inbound and outbound
Secret clearance
Bachelor' degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Agile development methodology
Experience with Web development, including technologies that include X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java
Experience with installing, configuring, coding, and integrating ServiceNow's performance analytics application
Experience with requirements management and JIRA or RTM platforms
Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements
ServiceNow Certification, including Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator
ITILv3 Foundations Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 101,000 to 187,500. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
