Cybersecurity Delivery Executive

Key Role:

Build and grow existing Cybersecurity service offerings, lead client engagements, including proposal development, delivery, and execution, and provide leadership to a team of professionals. Support client projects in multiple commercial markets within the Cybersecurity domain. Lead project work streams, synthesize and analyze complex data, and work with the team to develop high-quality interim and final deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate with senior leaders to develop new business opportunities and author the technical approach for proposals. Lead strategy development, design, implementation, and operation of Cybersecurity capabilities, including security program development, security architecture, security tools and technology, Cyber fusion centers, data protection, external threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. Manage the shaping and delivering of cutting-edge service offerings using industry leading tools. Lead hands-on implementation processes across multiple leading-edge technologies.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience in working directly with clients and Booz Allen teams to design and implement program strategies

-Knowledge of Cyber strategy, including how to assess, design, and implement a security strategy and governance program framework that describes the process, controls, organization, and infrastructure required to manage information security concerns

-Knowledge of monitoring tools to support the design of security solutions to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of security operations, controls, and infrastructure

-Knowledge of requirements analysis and developing strategies and solutions for Cybersecurity, risk, and information governance

-Ability to design and integrate security solutions to address enterprise risks and exposure

-Ability to design and implement security policies, procedures, and standards that describe pragmatic, risk-based mechanisms to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems and the data processed therein

-Ability to analyze a client’s security posture to create a current state assessment, gap analyses, and strategic implementation roadmaps

-Ability to develop and integrate Cybersecurity metrics and reporting programs for key security, privacy, risk, compliance, and service continuity indicators

-Ability to manage and lead multiple fast-paced delivery teams across various challenging environments

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with supporting large engagements for a firm

-Experience with leading complex Cybersecurity capability design and implementation projects for government clients, including the implementation of new people, processes, and technologies for threat prevention, detection, and response

-Experience with coaching and mentoring junior staff on functional expertise

-Experience with consulting in the pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, or bio-medical device markets preferred

-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment

-Possession of excellent client facilitation skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
