All Source MILCAP Analyst

As an All Source MILCAP Analyst on our team, you’ll utilize your foreign POL/MIL and military capabilities intelligence products employing research and analytic methodologies to ensure information properly developed and coordinated through command, components and IC experience to help your client understand the EUCOM AOR and developing capabilities within the region. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including but not limited to SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for military leaders. As the authority on MILCAP, your client will look to you for time critical intelligence recommendations, often under pressure, that will support to operational, tactical, and strategic analysis that are focused on adversary military capabilities, the military employment of tactical nuclear, chemical and biological weapons systems, as well as developmental weapons systems with strategic effects. You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience as an all source military capabilities intelligence analyst with an emphasis on foreign military capabilities and force employment
  • Experience with working on issues of adversary military capabilities, military employment of tactical nuclear, chemical and biological weapons systems, or developmental weapons systems with strategic effects
  • Experience with assessing and evaluating geopolitics and security issues in the EUCOM AOR
  • Experience with intelligence production, analysis, briefing, operations, and report writing
  • Knowledge of intelligence databases and software programs relevant to analysis of political-military issues, including RMT, HOTR, M3, MIDB, and PALANTIR
  • Knowledge of NBC/Developmental Weapons Systems, Units Capabilities and Employment (MILCAP), and military terminology and weapon systems
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with working at a Combatant Command
  • Knowledge of ISR Platforms
  • Knowledge of the Foreign Disclosure process
  • Knowledge of national agencies
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking and structured analysis skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
