Project Analyst, Senior

The Challenge:

That’s why we need you, a project analyst with the skills and experience to guide our Army capability project from beginning to end – on-time and in budget.

As the project analyst on our team, you’ll work with engineers, task leads, SMEs, etc. to plan, budget, monitor, and report on our Army capability projects. We will look to you for day-to-day support to navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. Your clients will rely on you for the pulse of the project through program and project plans, budgets, project reports, and procurement actions and plans. This is your chance to grow your skills while deepening your project management experience. Join us as we help protect our customer’s mission. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a financial management or financial program control environment

  • Experience with identifying, researching, discussing, and resolving administrative and financial issues

  • Ability to track costs, schedule, and performance

  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks

  • Ability to work with various project stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in leading a project and interfacing with clients

  • Experience with using Microsoft Project 2010 scheduling software
