Project Scheduler

The Challenge:

Are you looking for a place where you can apply and further develop your project and program management skills? Are you an experienced integrated master scheduler who has developed, integrated, and analyzed a large program schedule in Microsoft Project or Primavera? Can you work with teams to develop and integrate their plans and monitor progress?  If so, we need you to help develop and manage a large hardware program supporting the DoD.

On our team, you'll help develop plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements working with a diverse team of leaders, technical SMEs, business and acquisition professionals, clients, and stakeholders.  The real power of project and program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create and manage multiple project and program schedules, provide status updates, and develop analytical reports that effectively communicate to all members of the client team and stakeholders for effective portfolio management to assist with recommendations for improvement to project leadership. Through continued interfacing with the client and internal program management on schedule issues, you will help resolve, report, and brief on schedule status and program health to varying levels of management. You’ll implement sustainable project management processes.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with developing, managing, and integrating project schedules, including critical path evaluation using Microsoft Project
  • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Active Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with earned value, project management, and risk management
  • Experience with supporting programs and contracts in the federal government
  • Experience with air or missile defense systems
  • BA or BS degree in Engineering, CS, Business, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
