Pega Developer/Architect, Lead

The Challenge:

Are you looking to take your Pega systems skills and ready to build something new from the ground up? Are you ready to take on a complex client challenge to modernize case management systems on Pega-based Enterprise Case Management (ECM) platform in a fast-paced, agile environment? Are you up to the challenge of mentoring and building a community of Pega practitioners? As a Pega delivery lead, you will use your Pega implementation lessons learned and apply them to lead the design, architecture, and development of an enterprise case management system from vision to production-ready system.

We need an experienced Pega expert who will use their passion to lead the delivery of ECM systems integration, including integration with external APIs and implementation in Amazon Web Services (AWS), identifying and implementing Pega best practices and system improvements, and mentoring teammates. Using Agile SAFe processes and Pega Agile Studio, you’ll design and lead the implementation of an agency-wide Pega solution in AWS supporting multiple Pega applications. Your team will analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to build digital solutions to help your customers meet their toughest challenges. You Have:

-5+ years of experience with technical leadership in delivering Pega based solutions on enterprise platforms

-5+ years of experience with designing, configuring, and building processes in Pega, including shared frameworks

-Experience with leading teams of developers, architects, and analysts through full life cycle implementation

-Experience with implementing Pega best practices, including reusability, security, and scalability 

-Experience with leveraging Pega Agile Studio to implement a journey-centric delivery approach in a collaborative environment with parallel development

-Experience with architecting shared data, framework, and UI components and delivering solutions using Agile SAFe framework
-Knowledge of out of box functionality and Pega implementation best practices

-Ability to lead technical teams in a larger architecture and development team

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with delivering solutions using Agile SAFe framework
-Knowledge of Pega system administration best practices

-Knowledge of Pega configuration in using a high-availability model in a Cloud environment, including Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure

-Knowledge of Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
-Ability to provide mentoring and coaching to Pega system architects

-Pega System Architect Certification.,Pega Senior System Architect Certification or Pega Lead System Architect Certification is a plus
