Key Role:
Contribute to an aerospace team to build next generation technologies for a defense client. Provide leadership to solve problems and enable the ability to architect future technological solutions to create products and services to increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places. Provide autonomy and human-machine expertise in strategy and solutioning across aerospace clients. Help inform the evolution and implementation of strategies, technologies, and personnel for ongoing and innovative needs. Serve as an internal and external thought leader on matters relating to operations, convergence, multi-domain operations, interoperability, and technology solutioning. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with aerospace software systems
5+ years of experience with MATLAB, C/C++, Java, or Python
Experience in core autonomy and human-machine teaming areas, including autonomy architectures, collaborative decision making, human-machine interaction, situational awareness, and sensor fusion
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with flight management systems or command and control systems
Experience with DO-178, DO-278, DO-330, or ARP4754A
Experience working within Agile development processes
Knowledge of the interplay of aerospace mission requirements and capability development
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree preferred; Doctorate degree a plus

Final salary will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 140,000 to 150,000.
