Security Solution Architect

The Challenge:

Security projects require careful design, careful execution, buy-in from many stakeholders, and a baked in plan for continuous improvement. You can turn abstract security wishes into concrete plans and can drive the execution of those plans across technical and non-technical teams.

As a Cybersecurity solutions architect, you’ll coordinate the efforts of Booz Allen internal subject matter experts with the customer’s project teams. You’ll make sure the project design adheres to security best practices and meets the timeline set by the customer. After the solution has been designed and implemented, you will remain a resource to the customer for continuous improvement and maturity growth for the solution.

You’re not just a project management guru. You also understand the technical aspects of security solutions so you can speak to the technical stakeholders about appropriate installation and configuration. You understand the people and process that are required to support technical detection. Putting it all together, you make sure the Cybersecurity solution has airtight integration between the people, the process, and the technology.

You are hungry to learn more and hone both your technical and non-technical skills. You’ll broaden your skillset into Network IDS placement, Endpoint Detection and Response, SIEM, Security Orchestration and Automation, and threat intelligence to name a few. You welcome new challenges and thrive leading a project that breaks the cookie cutter mold of standard projects.

Empower change with us.
