Key Role:
Perform program control activities, including reporting, scheduling, and staff on-boarding. Assist by interacting with subcontractors supplying candidates, support client contract deliverables associated with staffing, and work with colleagues to assess possible staffing process improvements. Perform a variety of Program Management Office tasks for large program for full contract life cycle support. Work with other experts on the program team to complete meaningful deliverables and make recommendations for improvements to program leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in Program Management Office (PMO) support or business support tasks
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel]
-Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative issues independently and as part of a team, set priorities that balance service and control, and manage and track multiple initiatives
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with MS Project Scheduling a plus
-Ability to identify program risks and assist with associated mitigation plans as well as identifying and prioritizing requirements
-Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources, summarize it appropriately, and read and interpret contractual requirements
-Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate to team members and subcontractors
Clearance:
