System Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Support day-to-day operations focused on building a next generation automated malware analysis system. Apply consulting and technical expertise and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Engage with multiple functional groups to comprehend client challenges, prototype new ideas and new technologies, and help to create solutions to drive the next wave of innovation. Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration. Conduct system configurations, implementation of systems, and system accreditation support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a system administration role, including following system backup and restore procedures, system security practices, system tuning, user administration, software and hardware installation and maintenance, file management and system troubleshooting, and operating systems

  • Experience with working in Windows, Unix, Solaris, or Linux environments

  • Experience with storage filers, including NetApp, Isolon, system accreditation support, system configurations, and VMware and virtualization

  • Experience with provisioning, managing and monitoring AWS cloud environments
  • Experience with administering Linux-based server environments deployed to virtual infrastructure
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with system administration, Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems and 4+ years of experience with systems administration, or Master's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems and 2+ years of experience with system administration

  • DoD 8570 compliance –IAT Category, Level II Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
