Project Control Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large or complex programs, organizations, or proposals. Analyze budget preparation and budget expenditure authorization, as needed. Recommend procedures to be used to monitor programs, organizations, or proposals. Interpret and implement cost proposal estimating, pricing, and documentation requirements. Define parameters for estimate preparation, as needed. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with working in budget development and financial forecasting, analysis, tracking, and reporting

-Experience with Microsoft Office at an advanced level

-Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and functions in calculations and analysis

-Experience in working with federal government contracts

-Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, Joint Travel Regulations, federal budget process, and funds management

-Ability to think analytically and conduct trend analyses

-Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Secret clearance preferred

-BA or BS degree in Finance or Business
