Project and Business Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. Serve as a key contributor during strategic business opportunity exploration. Identify client challenges and offers innovative solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with applying the Army exercise life cycle

  • Experience with leading and managing a complex team

  • Knowledge of Army doctrine

  • Ability to brief Army and Civilian senior staff

  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Army Brigade, Division, or Corps level staff operations

  • Experience with story boarding scenarios and operations order development

  • Knowledge of Army training simulations

  • Ability to work as a member of a larger team

  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Master's degree

  • Program Management Professional certification

Clearance:  

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
