Program Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Act as a strategic business and program leader. Build and lead program and project teams to support all aspects of the system delivery life cycle successfully. Support the DoD during critical missions and maintain responsibility for the leadership and development of experienced teams of professionals with team sizes of 20+ staff. Leverage expertise in DoD and federal government focused work and innovative thinking, including technical management, service delivery, and business management to grow the business organically. Provide delivery leadership, business management, business development life cycle support, and client management. Maintain responsibility for providing guidance and direction on technical management, business management, service delivery, and overall contract performance. Analyze all aspects of contract management, financial, and budget control and maintain responsibility for reviewing the financial performance of existing programs.


Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with program management and business development for large-scale DoD or federal government IT programs

-Experience with driving technical strategies in the DoD environment

-Experience in managing projects with complex IT solutions

-Experience with managing contractual matters

-Experience with leading project teams of 20+ staff

-Knowledge of IT services and programs deployed for DoD customers, including DoD Mission Systems

-Ability to obtain a security clearance required

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective senior government clients
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-MA or MS degree in a STEM field

-PMP, ITIL, or Agile Certification
