Key Role:

Participate in the quality assurance process and follow up to ensure that all information system products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements. Apply specific functional knowledge; working/general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with collaborating with analysts, technical SMEs and leadership to monitor, review and update Quality Assurance Process (QAP)

• Knowledge of managing QAP and assure compliance with all personnel

• Ability to audit work processes to identify deficiencies and present corrective measures

• Ability to gather metrics to track performance and facilitate the fulfillment of Service Level Agreement (SLAs)

• Ability to ensure digital forensic processes adhere to International Organization for Standardization (ISO)17025 American National Standards Institute (ANSI) National Accreditation Board (ANAB) standards and SOP requirements

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, or Master's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• DoD 8570 IASAE Level II, including CASP+CE, CISSP, or CSSLP

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
