Key Role:
Participate in the quality assurance process and follow up to ensure that all information system products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements. Apply specific functional knowledge; working/general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with collaborating with analysts, technical SMEs and leadership to monitor, review and update Quality Assurance Process (QAP)
Knowledge of managing QAP and assure compliance with all personnel
Ability to audit work processes to identify deficiencies and present corrective measures
Ability to gather metrics to track performance and facilitate the fulfillment of Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
Ability to ensure digital forensic processes adhere to International Organization for Standardization (ISO)17025 American National Standards Institute (ANSI) National Accreditation Board (ANAB) standards and SOP requirements
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, or Master's degree
Additional Qualifications:
DoD 8570 IASAE Level II, including CASP+CE, CISSP, or CSSLP
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
