Human Resources Generalist

Key Role:

Analyze and assess manpower and personnel changes, doctrine, organizational structure, and training requirements, including core skills sets, operator and maintenance tasks, and tasks to be trained to achieve the intended operation capability. Conduct a life cycle and supportability assessment of the manpower, personnel, and training requirements needed to support programs. Support the development of a sound analytical basis for defining changes to the current manpower and personnel requirements. Recommend strategies for operator, maintainer, and support personnel training for these systems. Develop multiple courses of actions suitable for establishing and executing a manpower strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with operational manpower methodologies, Marine Corps Global Force Management processes, and Joint Manpower reporting processes, systems, and tools

-Knowledge of CENTCOM operational conditions, tempo, and Marine Force employment concepts, Special Purpose MAGTF (SPMAGTF) employment concepts, the Marine Corps Force Generation Process, and the Marine Corps Force Prioritization Process

-Ability to coordinate with forward deployed Marine Commanders, Force Providers, and Service HQ to facilitate appropriately organized, trained, and equipped deploying formations, provide Operational Manpower Status Reports and briefs to senior military leaders, and be prepared to execute CONUS and OCONUS travel with a 48-hour notice

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree
