Adobe Experience Manager Developer, Senior

Key Role:

Develop and deliver web experiences on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Participate in the full Systems Development Life Cycle, including meetings, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions. Develop complex AEM components and templates in AEM 6.x with Touch UI using HTL, including Sightly, modern front-end frameworks, including Bootstrap, LESS, SASS, Angular JavaScript, Backbone, Granite, and Coral UI Foundation framework, based on business requirements. Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience with Java software development
  • 2+ years of experience with implementing Adobe AEM solutions
  • Experience in web technologies, including CSS, HTML, XML or JavaScript
  • Experience with Java concepts and patterns, including JSP, Spring or Sling
  • Experience with developing web services and application integrations with third party frameworks
  • Experience with practices, including unit testing, static analysis, and build automation, and continuous integration, build and source management
  • Knowledge of modern software delivery processes, tools, and frameworks with certification
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Experience working with an Agile methodology and iterative development
  • Experience with source code version control systems
  • Experience with Adobe Target, Analytics, Mobile Services, and LiveCycle
  • Experience with various web services, including RESTful Web Services and SOAP Web Services
  • Experience working within a professional services firm, consulting firm, or agency
  • Experience working with marketing-related functional teams, information technology teams, vendors, and business partners in a collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Multimedia Design, or Graphic Design
