All Source Targeting Analyst

The Challenge:

As an all source targeting analyst, you use your specialized targeting and analytic methodology experience and your attention to detail to develop targeting leads and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security.

As an all source targeting analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their mission environment. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to include SIGINT, OSINT, and other sources of information. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for a wide range of customers. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in furthering your analytic and targeting expertise and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in analysis
  • Experience in conducting all source analysis and preparing written reports
  • Knowledge of US Intelligence Community targeting tools and methodology
  • Ability to work both independently and within a group to further operational objectives defined by the client
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph 
  • BA or BS degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
