Analytic Program Manager

The Challenge:

As an analytic program manager, you'll support a highly visible government organization by managing project processes, including analyzing budget development, financials, and production schedules and assisting with strategy implementation. You'll assist with ensuring that projects are aligned and responsive to Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation Process (IPPBE) deadlines. You'll prepare status updates for senior executive government clients and work with the government client and other stakeholders to engage in working groups and projects implementing strategies. You'll also collaborate and coordinate with focal points through the organization and outside of the organization to respond to executive taskings and draft appropriate correspondence and responses.

You Have:

-5+ years of experience working in a professional environment

-1+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC)

-Experience with presenting results in a format that provides alternatives with cost, performance, and mission impacts that will allow leadership to make informed decisions 

-Ability to evaluate topics of interest and possible alternatives and develop, produce, and distribute data calls 

-Ability to coordinate work activities with outside entities, contractors, and organizations 

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph 

-Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience as an intelligence analyst

-Experience in working with project management planning tools and software 

-Experience with conference and events coordination 

-Experience in administering an analytical training program 

-Experience with SharePoint or Tableau 

-Knowledge of the IC's structure and IC member organizations' roles and capabilities 

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills 

-Possession of excellent analytical skills
