Key Role:
Join our Total Rewards team to assist with the design, development, and administration of domestic benefits, including assisting with benefits strategies, vendor management, financial process flows, and recommendation presentations. Collaborate with payroll, finance, and other departments to address benefit concerns, projects, and initiatives. Maintain knowledge of current policies, rules, regulations, and laws pertaining to labor relations and ensure company compliance. Conduct complex analysis and research on benefit program processes and vendor or payroll issues, trends, usage, cost, and budget. Create detailed presentations outlining options and recommendations and support acquisition due diligence and integration. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with HRIS systems, including Workday
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and FMLA compliance requirements
-BA or BS degree or 5+ years of experience with benefits administration
Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of finance or accounting
-Ability to organize, prioritize, and implement multiple projects simultaneously
-Ability to leverage expertise in problem-solving and analytics
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations
