Business Operations Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Manage and maintain the business, operational, and programmatic pillars of the engagement to ensure the success of solution implementation. Work as a part of a highly skilled team, including performing analysis and project management for the development and maintenance of program-defined outcomes. Collaborate with team members across all parts of the program to support high-quality, on-time delivery to clients. Apply a wide variety of project management techniques to effectively support the program’s technical staff and achieve program success. Support technical staff in the development, execution, and review of a wide variety deliverables in an IT environment. Conduct analysis to maintain and report on program-defined metrics and leverage industry best practices to help define and govern program-wide business or development processes. Apply a consultative approach to supporting clients in overcoming their most difficult challenges through strategic planning of programmatic operations. 

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with applying expertise in project management to an IT environment, including schedule management, complex problem resolution, or performance management

-Experience with developing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefings

-Experience with engaging stakeholders at various levels to define business objectives and prioritize goals

-Experience with supporting design initiatives for governance models, Cyber policy, or business process updates and improvements

-Experience with analyzing project-specific business metrics, including procurement data, staffing data, or financial data

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with internal or external client management

-BA or BS degree

-PMP, Six Sigma, CCMP, CISA, or other certifications
