Business Operations Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Manage and maintain the business, operational, and programmatic pillars of the engagement to ensure the success of solution implementation. Perform analysis and project management for the development and maintenance of program-defined outcomes. Work in collaboration with team members across all parts of the program to support high-quality, on-time delivery to clients. Support technical staff in the development, execution and review of a wide variety deliverables in an IT environment. Conduct analysis to maintain and report on program-defined metrics. Provide document delivery to the client, updating program deliverables and to monitor cost, schedule, and perform process improvements to better streamline our business processes performance using tools like MS Project and daily interactions with customers. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • 3+ years of experience applying Project Management expertise in an IT environment, including schedule management, complex problem resolution, or performance management

  • 3+ years of experience developing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefings

  • 3+ years of experience engaging stakeholders at various levels to define business objectives and prioritize goals

  • 3+ years of experience supporting design initiatives for governance models, cyber policy, or business process updates and improvements

  • Ability to display flexibility, show initiative and innovation, and deal with ambiguous and fast–paced situations

  • Ability to multi–task and adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and IT tools

  • Ability to manage client and team relationships

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with government consulting

  • PMP, SixSigma, CCMP, CISA, or other similar Certifications


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 45,000 to 68,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
