Job Description
Key Role:
Design, implement, and maintain a robust system architecture based on our business needs and technological advancements. Work with various stakeholders to align our system architectures with business objectives and IT strategy. Create and maintain an architectural blueprint and roadmap guiding the future state of our technology landscape. Design and implement integration solutions to ensure seamless interaction among our diverse enterprise systems. Provide leadership and strategic guidance for IT initiatives and promote knowledge sharing within the organization. Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and recommend technology investments to enhance system efficiency. Ensure system architecture compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and regulatory and compliance controls. Monitor the operations of our systems and recommend changes to improve efficiency and user experience. Oversee IT projects to ensure alignment with the architectural roadmap and adherence to quality standards. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing system architectures containing 3+ business systems with 1,000+ users
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing systems that comply with various security controls, government regulations, and technical or financial audits in an enterprise IT context, including NIST, CMMC, DFARS, or SOX
- Ability to influence change and display leadership
- Ability to present complex technical information to an executive audience
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience analyzing and improving the software development lifecycle
- Experience with enterprise business systems or ERP systems such as Workday, Costpoint, Ivalua, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning in an IT context
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Software Architecture, Project Management, IT Governance, or equivalent Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
