Cloud Automation Lead

Key Role:

Help to create solutions to drive the next wave of innovation for your team. Help recommend tools and capabilities based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premises, Cloud-based, and hybrid resources. Work with our engineering, architecture, and migration teams to inform strategy and architecture design. Work to stay on top of the latest Cloud resources as you lead efforts to prototype using multiple techniques and new technologies. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with designing, building, deploying, and securing software architectures in Cloud computing environments, including AWS and Microsoft Azure

  • 5+ years of experience with the research, evaluation, and testing of Cloud computing, virtualization systems, or related products used by federal agencies or commercial industry

  • 5+ years of experience with administering, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise or government IT systems or networks

  • 4+ years of experience with Python

  • Experience working with AWS or Azure in production environments

  • Experience with the full software or systems development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, and implementation

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts and technologies

  • Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture Technologies such as SOAP and REST web services

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Boto3

  • Experience working with Google GCP

  • Experience with COTS Automation tools including, Orca, or Kion

  • Experience with administering Linux and Windows servers

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 135,000 to 160,000.
