Cloverstack/R3 Intelligence Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide the client with headquarters-based support to the planning and implementation of traditional foreign intelligence collection, counterintelligence (CI), non-traditional clandestine operations, and technical operations. Combine specialized targeting and advanced analytic expertise and apply in-depth expertise in client operational tradecraft and targeting tools and open source research to identify new opportunities for operational activity to enhance ongoing operations. Be inquisitive, investigative, and action-oriented to support client objectives. Solve complex tasks and find innovative solutions to problems or obstacles in often changing, demanding, and ambiguous environments. Apply expertise in clandestine operations, operational and technical tradecraft, and intelligence priorities when providing strategic guidance to operations. Conduct all aspects of the position with CI and operational security at the forefront. Perform as a team player, work independently with minimal daily direction, use sound judgment, display unreproachable integrity, and multi-task while managing competing priorities.


Basic Qualifications:

-Knowledge of the CI concepts, principles, and practices necessary to support a wide range of operations and conduct open source research effectively

-Knowledge of both commercially available and client targeting tools and how to apply technology to solve complex operational problems in an organized and time efficient manner

-Ability to deal professionally, confidently, and effectively with US government officers at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree and 8+ years of experience with working in the intelligence community

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with living or working abroad

-Knowledge of a foreign language

-Ability to display agility, innovation, flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to the client’s mission, think on your feet, and develop creative yet practical solutions to anticipated and unanticipated problems

-Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
