Key Role:
Work as part of a dynamic team of internal compensation consultants. Participate in cyclical compensation and compliance activities. Support DCAA, OFCCP, and DOL audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal thresholds and requirements related to compensation. Provide direct support of Workday activities, including preparing data for submission to Information Services, testing, validating, auditing, and reporting. Perform analysis and work collaboratively with corporate partners to offer guidance on compensation related matters, including out of guidelines compensation transactions. Perform other analyses and project support as required. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $95,000 to $105,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
