Contracts Administrator, Lead

Key Role:

Provide life cycle strategic contracts administration leadership and support to primarily DoD clients. Negotiate and administer contracts with the US government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors. Administer existing contracts and renews strategic alliances. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements and OCI and relationship development and management with clients' acquisition teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation
  • Experience with DoD contracts
  • Experience with reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures and establishing agreements with small business prime contractors
  • Knowledge of US Government regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
  • Ability to identify and assess the impact of regulatory changes on the business
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree or 14 years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation in lieu of degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Deltek a plus
  • Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
