Contracts Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Perform a wide variety of contract administration functions, including proposal development, cost strategies, modifications, review and negotiation of terms and conditions, and contract compliance. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and the recommended pricing approach. Provide advice and counsel on risk issues, proposal strategies and client/customer relationship management. Negotiate and administer contracts with the US government agencies and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements, and organizational conflict of interest plans.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience with government contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation

  • Experience with all contract types, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Incentive fee

  • Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and plans

  • Experience with reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Knowledge of US government regulations and agency supplements, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients through consistent communication and follow-up

  • Ability to stay organized and manage time

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with supporting government civilian agencies and federal financial regulators preferred
