Corporate Compliance Investigator, Senior

In this role, you will work collaboratively with in-house investigations attorneys to conduct internal corporate compliance investigations involving internal policies, code of conduct, and laws and regulations. You will be responsible for leading interviews, coordinating with other internal teams and resources to collect evidentiary data, and analyzing the information gathered to assess the validity and scope of the alleged activity. You will draft investigation reports and status updates to senior firm leaders. You will build trusted partnerships across the firm and collaborate with fellow members of the Legal, Ethics and Compliance team to protect and advance the company, while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel legal and compliance risks we face today. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience conducting investigations for potential violations of the Federal law, including fraud, waste, and abuse or U.S. Government contractor compliance
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage the workload and simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver succinct, clear, and direct verbal briefings on investigation issues and results
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree 

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with government contracting, including in a professional services firm
  • Experience with conducting investigations involving procurement integrity, False Claims Act, competition issues, time and expense mischarging, information security, or data breaches and spills
  • Experience with Federal law enforcement
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Top Secret clearance 
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certification

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 90,000 to 110,000.
