Corporate Enterprise Risk Lead

Key Role:

Design, build, and deploy enterprise risk management best practices and capabilities as a member of the firm’s Enterprise Risk Center of Excellence (COE). Support activities to transform risk management activities within the firm to foster improved integration, scalability, and responsiveness for the evolving needs of the business. Collaborate with leaders and functions across all three lines of defense to improve governance, transparency, and integrated risk reporting. Identify opportunities to mature and improve enterprise risk capabilities, including risk sensing, risk assessment, analytics, reporting, and metrics. Assist with the development and annual planning for Enterprise Risk COE and ERM activities, budgets and resources. Contribute insight and expertise to the firm’s broader risk management activities. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-5+ years of experience with Enterprise Risk Management, developing and operating an ERM process, and a broad-based risk management or strategic risk consulting role for executive and senior management

-Experience with developing and deploying ERM capabilities, including risk sensing, risk appetite development, metrics, reporting, and governance

-Knowledge of project management principles and managing and executing multiple complex projects within required timelines and expectations

-Knowledge of designing, developing, and analyzing formal risk assessments at an enterprise level

-Ability to frame and evaluate complex issues quickly and form multiple perspectives, including strategic, operational, and financial, then apply sound practices to form strategies for addressing issues

-Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest standard of ethics and integrity

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

-Knowledge of the government contracting industry

-Ability to facilitate meetings and conduct briefings proficiently

-Ability to create value by leveraging cross-functional resources

-Possession of excellent interpersonal, collaboration, organizational, and presentation skills
