Key Role:

Serve as an internal senior business finance partner. Work with senior leaders to drive and consolidate strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and planning within the group finance function. Drive day-to-day financial operations leveraging your financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise and a strongly collaborative internal team. Work in a highly visible role with a span of control that touches upon current financial performance, group annual and multi-year planning, long term market dynamics, business development pipeline, Labor & Expense management, rate management, and coordination of information flow within the finance organization and corporate partners. Ensure internal leaders understand rate and budgeted issues. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with financial planning, reporting, and analysis
• Experience with reviewing and consolidating financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
• Ability to work with FP&A leaders to build financial presentations that communicate the narrative behind the data
• Ability to support internal clients and business leaders
• Ability to analyze data and present themes and go-forward recommendations to various levels of executive leadership
• BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with analyzing data with business intelligence software, including Tableau
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of options and their implications
