Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO), Senior Manager

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) for Booz Allen’s corporate headquarters in McLean, VA. Provide strategy, guidance, and oversight to FSOs aligned to the 40 cleared locations within the Multiple Facility Organization (MFO). Create and implement the strategic direction for the Security function to ensure successful business execution on classified programs while maintaining compliance with all Government and Company Policies. Act as security advisor to executive management, Operations and their respective business units in accordance with the company's security policies and business requirements as well as interact with government security. Provide oversight, lead and mentor the security team to ensure consistency and standardization. Develop and execute security-best practices related to enabling program execution for the company’s diverse and complex classified program portfolio. Coordinate cross-company initiatives to efficiently address customer requirements and eliminate redundant approaches by multiple business units. This position is open to temporary remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience as an FSO in a DoD and other U.S. Government Industrial Security program
  • Experience in Counterintelligence, Security Agency and commensurate U.S. Government training
  • Experience as a supervisor and manager
  • Knowledge of clearance processing 
  • Knowledge of JPAS, DISS, document control, physical security, Security Awareness, Training and Education
  • Top Secret clearance
  • AA or AS degree
  • Completion of FSO training curriculum through Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency

Additional Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in the Intelligence Community (IC), including IC Security Program management and governing government security regulatory manuals
  • Ability to recognize and understand changes in the customer security environment, as well as industry trends domestically and globally
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BA or BS degree

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance required.
