Job Description
Key Role:
Support Booz Allen’s corporate forecasting function. Maintain monthly P&L model to provide detailed insight into quarterly and annual financial results and confirm the accuracy of data. Develop a strong understanding of business performance drivers, their impact on financial statements, and communicate key takeaways to finance leadership. Leverage strong Excel skills and modeling expertise to maintain current models and build new financial models as required. Use strong analytical skills, communication and presentation skills, and business acumen to support the firm’s Long-Term Performance Incentive (LTPI) program. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, GovCon FP&A, or investment banking
- Experience with using Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
- Experience with using Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business and 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Master’s degree in Business Administration and 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience within government services
- Knowledge of three core financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, and the linkages between them
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
