Counterintelligence Analyst, Senior

As a counterintelligence analyst, you will use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to develop risk assessments to give leadership the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a counterintelligence analyst on our team, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, performing defensive CI tasks with a focus on corporate risk mitigation to help leadership understand threats and vulnerabilities. Using your comprehensive understanding of counterintelligence and intelligence analysis, you will research and analyze disparate data sources to determine context, identify risk and author reports. You will conduct security briefings and debriefings, including those involving international travelers, to assess risk and promote general CI awareness and education. You will also conduct incident response with a customer-service mindset, working in a fast-paced environment with little supervision while maintaining attention to a high-level of detail to ensure transparent communication and task completion. As the authority on counterintelligence, your leadership will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas, including insider risk management. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have:

-10+ years of experience in the intelligence community

-10+ years of experience in specialized CI analysis with at least 5+ of those years of experience as a credentialed CI Special Agent

-5+ years of experience with briefings and presentations

-Experience with conducting defensive CI operations or investigations

-Ability to multitask and make decisions based on various contextual data sets

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with open source intelligence (OSINT)

-Experience with human intelligence (HUMINT)

-Experience with cyber counterintelligence analysis

-Experience with program management methodologies and concepts

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
