Customer Success Program Manager, Senior Manager

Key Role: 

Act as the leader spearheading the client and cross market business functions for one of the Chief Technology Officer Group’s leading products. Maintain responsibility for streamlining high-importance projects and conducting cross market initiatives that have a significant impact on the company’s business objectives. Serve as a conduit through which multiple teams can connect and work through capture and delivery. Take a stakeholder role in product and technology feedback into the product. Apply interpersonal and domain knowledge skills to build and expand relationships with clients. Leverage existing client relationships to bring government clients together and solve cross agency issues. 

Basic Qualifications:   

  • 10+ years of experience with business operations, project and program management, and executing and managing task orders on multiple contracts 

  • Experience with monthly and quarterly business reviews, and CDRL or task order delivery

  • Experience with formal and government proposal writing

  • Experience with driving the “expand” portion of a Land and Expand sales model

  • Knowledge of government contracts, policies, and government acquisition processes

  • Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with government clients

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Experience with projects, including high-level cybersecurity

  • Knowledge of DoD and IC cultures to drive toward long-term goals

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on importance versus immediacy

  • Ability to work comfortably in a time-sensitive, rapidly evolving, and fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work with a diverse range of leadership across various functional disciplines

  • Possession of excellent analytical, project management, and leadership skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
