Cyber Business Delivery Leader

Key Role:

Manage and grow existing commercial Cybersecurity accounts through delivery excellence by serving in delivery executive or delivery manager roles on various client engagements within different markets, including financial services, health, energy, technology, and aerospace and defense. Be involved in proposal development, including scope and staff mix, delivery execution, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction, and provide leadership to delivery teams. Support clients in multiple different industries specific to Cyber, Cloud, and digital service offerings. Lead large or complex work streams, synthesize and analyze complex data, and work with the team to develop high-quality deliverables, as needed. Lead the strategy development, design, implementation, and operation of Cybersecurity capabilities, manage the strategic shaping and tactical delivery, including design, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge service offerings, including security operations, Cyber strategy, threat detection, incident response, and Cloud security using industry leading tools.


Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with leading large and complex Cybersecurity project delivery or management, including addressing people, process, and technology for threat prevention and detection

-Experience with consulting or project management

-Knowledge of Cybersecurity service offerings and how to orchestrate highly technical delivery teams and work with clients to identify optimal solutions, including people, process, and tech based on their specific challenges

-Ability to manage and lead multiple fast-paced delivery teams across various challenging commercial environments
-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience in top tier management and consulting firms, including supporting large engagements

-Experience with delivery excellence, including QA or quality control and managing or leading functional teams to meet or exceed client expectations

-Experience with leading large or complex Cybersecurity capability design and implementation projects for Fortune 500 clients, including the implementation of new people, processes, and technologies for threat prevention, detection, and response

-Experience in one or more industries, including energy, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, consumer products, high tech, and digital

-Ability to work with senior partners and executive officers to foster positive client and vendor relationships, identify new business opportunities with existing clients, and develop mutually beneficial partnerships

-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment

-Possession of excellent client facilitation skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in a Cyber or related technical field preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
