Key Role:
Lead, plan, and manage programs across one or more client business units or organizations to meet delivery, quality, and cost goals on Cyber consulting engagements. Work closely with clients to achieve the next generation of Cyber risk solutions and architectures around Zero Trust Architecture, Risk Management Framework, Next Generation SOC, Cyber data analytics, and Cloud-based security solutions. Comprehend and analyze market trends in conjunction with Cybersecurity and the latest federal policies to develop business capture strategies and solutions tailored to capitalize on new opportunities. Serve in a leadership role as an advanced consultant with capability knowledge and client delivery expertise with a focus on generating intellectual capital. Manage new offerings around Cyber risk analytics, scaling existing businesses focused on incident response, Cyber operations, and security engineering. Lead the capture and execution of market opportunities and deliver technical solutions for federal market clients with a focus on the health agencies. Manage and build business within the client organization and the broader federal Cyber community and ensure competency in project and financial management, manage teams, and formulate a business strategy. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with leading the implementation of complex Cyber solutions for federal or commercial clients, including defining, establishing, and leading business development and solution delivery
5+ years of experience with marketing, building business, and developing business capture strategies with a focus on market-aligned organizations
Experience with the development of new products, service offerings, and game-changing innovations in the Cyber domain
Experience with leading proposal work and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Experience with leading teams and developing staff
Knowledge of Cybersecurity life cycles and the functional expertise to tailor solutions to meet client solution requirements
Knowledge of the latest federal security policies, including FISMA, NIST, and RMF
Ability to align solutions with business needs, create innovative approaches to address client requirements, and build collaborative internal and external relationships
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with the Military Health Cybersecurity community, including Veterans Affairs (VA) and Defense Health Agency (DHA)
Experience with delivering solutions for Cyber risk solutions and architectures around Zero Trust Architecture, Risk Management Framework, Next Generation SOC, Cyber data analytics, and Cloud-based security solutions
Experience with mentoring, developing, and managing highly productive leaders who can win new business, develop technical solutions, and lead large-scale, complex captures and proposals
Possession of excellent analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; Master's degree in a technical field a plus
