Cyber Talent Strategist

The Challenge:  

Are you passionate about helping organizations effectively support their talent? This is an opportunity for you to use your expertise and build skills in talent management to examine complex cyber organizations and improve business processes, talent experience, and change management practices. You will help guide cross-functional organizations in supporting their talent through change. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

  • Experience in talent management, training, change management, organizational development, culture change, strategy planning, or cross-functional transformation

  • Experience conducting research

  • Experience understanding policy and providing recommendations

  • Knowledge of how organizational design, organizational culture, or business process improvement support organizational mission   

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and communications skills

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience in talent management and talent development

  • Experience working with cybersecurity or engineering teams

  • Experience with low code, or no code tools

  • Experience with digital transformations or IT transformations

  • Bachelor's degree in political science, international relations, english, public policy, communications, information management, orcybersecurity

  • Change Management, Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Organizational Transformation, or Project Management Certification

  • Security+, Agile, DevOps, or similar Certification
