The Challenge:
Are you passionate about helping organizations manage talent effectively? Are you looking for an opportunity to help modernize government services to increase mission focus?
You will use your expertise in workforce transformation and consulting to examine complex cyber organizations through an innovation perspective and make recommendations for improving talent and change management practices. You will apply your passion for talent management and strategic communications to help design new workforce development tools, procedures, or policies to grow cybersecurity professionals for the Federal Government. You will act as a liaison to clients, working to address new transformation opportunities and resolving concerns. You will be expected to operate with limited supervision and substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. You will also be asked to serve as a Booz Allen practitioner in the management consulting pillars and assist with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent transformation efforts.
This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:
-6+ years of experience with talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, or corporate strategy
-4+ years of experience with supporting large dispersed client organizations in the federal or private sector
-3+ years of experience with conducting organizational assessments, conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, and making recommendations for improvement
-Experience with Talent Development, Talent Management, Product or Program Development, and Talent Initiative Design or Launch
-Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
-Knowledge of how organizational design, processes, and technology integrate with talent management to support organization mission
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with developing business development documents, including proposals and whitepapers
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Public Trust
-MA or MS degree
-Certification in Change Management, Design Thinking, or Project Management
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 94,400 to 122,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
