Key Role:

Examine complex organizations and make recommendations for addressing client challenges. Design, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) and talent transformation programs, processes, and strategies. Manage large-scale change efforts and help redesign business processes. Work with clients to help them build and develop their workforces and evaluate program outcomes and impact. Operate with limited supervision. Serve as a Booz Allen practitioner in the management consulting pillars and assist with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent transformation and DEIA efforts. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience designing, developing, implementing, executing, monitoring, or evaluating DEIA strategies, programs, or initiatives in an organizational setting
• Experience with talent development, talent management, organizational culture, workforce planning, employee engagement, change management, or corporate strategy
• Knowledge of how organizational design, processes, and technology integrate with talent management to support organization mission
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience conducting DEIA research or working in DEIA research labs in an academic environment
• Experience supporting cross-functional, dispersed client organizations in the federal or private sector
• Experience designing, developing, delivering, or evaluating the impact of DEIA training for a workforce, including implicit bias training or cultural competence training
• Experience applying DEIA principles to talent acquisition processes
• Experience designing, developing, and applying organizational assessment measures to monitor, track, and evaluate DEIA initiatives, outcomes, and impact 
• Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
• Knowledge of EEO policies and practices
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master’s degree preferred
• DEIA, Change Management, Data Analytics, Human-Centered Design, Agile, or Project Management Certification preferred

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 75,000 to 95,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
