Digital Production Coordinator

Key Role:

Coordinate and publish multimedia content to support the firm’s Corporate Communications digital transformation and help to further our organization's greater mission. Collaborate with communications colleagues across the company to publish submitted content to Intranet, email, digital signage, computer lock-screen, and news content management systems (CMS). Conduct reviews and tests of content prior to final deployment and publication. Routinely update email distribution lists and aid in regular intranet page content audits. Help content contributors to understand digital channel templates and governance fundamentals. Support other Corporate Communications team's projects as needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital content production and content management systems
  • Experience in short-form storytelling through various editorial techniques including copyediting, cuts, transitions, timing, and the effective use of sound and visuals to communicate.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Multimedia Production, or Journalism

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital community management
  • Experience with program management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint  
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
