Director Strategic Alliances and Partnerships

Key Role:

Act as a key leader in the development of a strategic framework to manage and interact with corporate partnership and alliance relationships with our key strategic partners across the entire Booz Allen organization. Develop, implement, and lead a Catalyst Team to execute relationship management, business development, and solution architecting with partners. Develop and launch a Booz Allen Partner Network to enhance structured engagement between Booz Allen account leaders and the partner ecosystem. Analyze, negotiate, and execute the full spectrum of deals that will help the firm accelerate its development of world-class capabilities and solutions. Leverage experience with a broad variety of partnerships, alliances, and complex relationships and knowledge of the organizational and industry trends to negotiate, execute, and assess the full range of business deals.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with understanding, evaluating, negotiating, and executing a variety of partnership, alliance, and business development activities

-Experience with the conceptualization and monetization of intellectual capital into joint partner solutions, service offerings, and game-changing innovations

-Experience in dealing with a whole spectrum of the technology ecosystems, including large software and hardware corporations, start-ups, and venture capitalists

-Knowledge of market analysis, solution strategy, solution marketing, partnering, alliance relationships, and channel development

-Ability to identify trends, relative benefits and risks, and financial and IC implications of deals for large institutions

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with business development and delivery, focusing on market-aligned organizations

-Experience with large platform providers, including Amazon, Google, and Microsoft

-Ability to work collaboratively to support partnering externally and internally with groups across a highly matrixed organization to influence decision-makers

-Ability to align solutions with business needs and create innovative approaches to address client requirements

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
