Key Role:
Lead a multifaceted effort to improve the employee experience for all employees, especially underrepresented talent. Bring industry research, benchmarking, a studied understanding of the impacts the global pandemic is having on the workforce now, and an awareness of what will be needed in the future to redesign key elements of our employee experience with equity in mind. Help to develop strategies in collaboration with multiple centers of excellence that reinforce the firm's purpose and values as well as the desire to reflect a more equitable experience. Increase the level of psychological safety among our employees and help both leaders and employees to better understand the behaviors and conditions that make such an environment possible. Work closely with our People Data team to assess the effectiveness of such efforts through the annual Employee Experience Survey.
