Key Role:

Apply project management, technical, business knowledge and judgment in the application of earned value management (EVM). Serve a lead role in EVM Implementation for a new IT data transformation program, providing guidance to our PMs, Control Account Managers, and Schedulers. Direct and provide hands on support in the implementation of Earned Value EIA 748 guidelines, scheduling/planning support, cost estimating support, monthly performance status support, and variance analysis based on monthly Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMRs). Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in earned value management
• Experience with Deltek COBRA or MS Projects
• Knowledge of EVM standards and experience with EVM lifecycle and implementation
• Ability solve complex issues using sound business judgment
• BS or BA degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience handling multiple priorities, working independently, and within teams to resolve issue and develop solutions
• EVP or PMP certifications are a plus
