Employee Communications and Events Specialist, Mid

Key Role:

Create engaging and empowering employee experiences for people across the firm by successfully executing against an employee engagement strategy that increases awareness, understanding, adoption, and sustainment of firmwide initiatives. Craft clear and compelling communications for use across a variety of platforms to support our firm’s EVP and values. Use employee feedback and channel analytics to measure the impact of communication strategies and tactics. Foster and manage relationships with corporate partners. Support the strategy and execution of critical executive-level events, including Investor Day, Senior Summit, and Partner Weeks. Help manage the sequencing, timing, and platforms of our corporate communications campaigns and projects. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in communications roles
  • Experience in writing content of different types and lengths
  • Experience preparing and editing both verbal and written communication materials and briefings
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed, collaborative, team environment
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience developing engaging newsletter content to reach an employee audience and synthesizing multiple topics under cohesive storylines
  • Experience developing, executing, and analyzing user feedback mechanisms to gauge sentiment
  • Knowledge of internal communications platforms to reach employees in a hybrid workforce
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred
